As part of an ongoing 30-minute series, part of Berkeley Boost, the CJRI hosted a selection of webinars on civil legal issues and COVID-19.

 

The first webinar was on Jury Trials in the Era of COVID-19, and considered the impact of the COVID-19 crisis and social distancing practices on state and federal courts’ ability to conduct jury trials.
