Ana Rita Seidi, Research Fellow
Ana Rita Seidi holds an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, having received Pro Bono Honors with Highest Distinction and an undergraduate degree in law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her prior experience includes research positions with the California Department of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, a judicial clerkship with the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Portugal, and practice in antitrust and regulatory law at Abreu Advogados. Her work at Civil Justice Research Initiative focuses on procedural issues in class action litigation.
